  • Trustwave MailMarshal (SEG)

Question:

How do I exclude certain users from all rules?

Procedure:

To exclude users from all rules, apply the exclusion to every Email Policy:

  1. In the Configurator or Management Console, select the properties of the Email Policy that you want to ignore for certain users.
  2. Click the Filtering tab.
  3. Use the Except where addressed to conditions and select or enter the users, user groups or domains that should not be checked by that Ruleset or Email Policy.
