Procedure:

By default, Firewall Suite will use active FTP. Depending on the configuration of your FTP server and firewalls, it may be necessary to switch to passive FTP.

1. On the main console window menu (top left) click Tools> Options.
   
2. Expand Main > Access to Internet.
   
3. Check the box Enable FTP PASV Mode.
4. Save your changes.
