How do I add a serial number to a current installation?
Procedure:
To add a Serial Number to an existing installation of the software (for instance to activate a full product, a subscription, or a server add-on) please follow the steps below for the specific version of your software.
For Firewall Suite 4.X, follow these steps.
- Click Help from the main console.
- Select Add Serial Numbers...
- Enter the serial number in the text box provided.
- Click Submit.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any additional serial numbers.
- Click Close to return to the main console.
For versions prior to Firewall Suite 4.0, follow these steps.
- Click Help.
- Select Product.
- Select Add Serial Numbers...
- Enter the serial number in the text box provided.
For all versions of Security Reporting Center, follow these steps.
- Click Administration.
- Select Licensing.
- Select Add Trial Code or Serial Number.
- Enter the serial number in the text box provided.
- Click Submit.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any additional serial numbers.
- Click Done.
