Yes.

In MailMarshal (SEG) 10.0 and above, the current default number of rows per page, and paging control, display at the bottom of the History or Folders views. Where available select the number of rows or go to a new page using these controls.

In SEG/MailMarshal SMTP 8.X, and ECM/MailMarshal Exchange 7.X, you can configure this option by selecting Tools | Preferences in the Console. By default, the Console will display 1000 folders and messages.
