• How can I troubleshoot problems with Trustwave Spam Reporter for Outlook?

Background:

Trustwave Spam Reporter is an Outlook (Office365) add-in that allows email users to report a message as spam to Trustwave with one click. Trustwave uses this information to update spam and malware detection for the Secure Email Gateway product.

Replacement solution:

Trustwave now recommends use of the Microsoft Report button with custom settings. This button is available in supported versions of Outlook.

If you are experiencing problems with the Spam Reporter, you should move to the new solution.
