2.0 supports Vital Security versions 9.0 and up.

Reports
Finjan engineers provide top-end, out-of-the-box reports divided into user-friendly categories. The intuitive design of these reports provides a comprehensive overview for administrators. Pre-defined reports are customizable according to enterprise preferences. - Customize
your own reports
Finjan Vital Security™ Reporter is based on SAP BusinessObjects™ Crystal Reports. The VSR portal enables easy management and report generation. Reports are created using the Crystal Report Designer or any other compatible tool of choice, providing the flexibility to define exactly the reports needed to match your unique business needs. - Report
Scheduling
and Central Management
Centralized and scheduled reporting of current, as well as long-term historical activities, provides transparency into security and productivity issues, as well as trends. Reports can be scheduled to run at a specific time and can be sent to an administrator’s email directly - eliminating the need to access the Vital Security Reporter Portal - Flexibility
and Easy Integration
All reports can be exported to multiple formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, and Crystal Reports. - Enterprise
Ready
The Vital Security™ Reporter is fully enterprise ready, supporting virtually unlimited storage using an external DB, or up to 750 GB of data using an internal DB, multiple policy servers, high data rates and enhanced performance to meet all enterprise user requirements.
- Only
SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition is supported for the VSR database
- Only
supported browser font size is medium. (Finjan Internal #30136)
- Minutes
and seconds entered in the report filter are ignored, as the data is kept
aggregated on an hourly basis. For example, if you wish to include data in
your report from the hour 10:00-10:59, the start hour 10:00 in your timeframe
must be included. (Finjan Internal #30321)
- Multiple
Policy Server Support – Requires manual configuration, please contact Finjan
support if you wish to configure the VSR to work with more than one policy
server. Please note that this does not apply to a single policy server working
in high availability mode (active-passive) which works properly without any
additional settings.
Please
note that known issues about specific reports are not included in this document
and will be posted on our website shortly as part of the Reports
Repository.
