This article applies to:
- MailMarshal SPE 3.1 and above
- Connector Agent 7.2.1 and below (self upgrade)
Symptoms:
- SPE is configured to require Connector Agent version upgrade
- When the user attempts to upgrade, progress stops at "downloading"
Resolution:
If you encounter this symptom you can upgrade Connector Agent in one of two ways:
- On the system where you attempted to upgrade:
- Open a command prompt
- Change directory to C:\Windows\temp
- Run ConnectorAgentUpdate.exe
- Alternatively, log on to the Customer Console website. From the Dashboard, download the Connector Agent.
