Question:
- How may I verify if a change was made to the LDAP Domain settings that caused the Domain to go inactive and not activated again?
Reply:
You may verify by viewing the ‘Admin Audit Trail’ under System> Diagnostic of the UI.
Below is an example log of a change made to the domain details of the WF LDAP settings.
1. 'Activated false' means a change was made and deactivated the domain.
2. 'Activated true', means that the 'Activate' button has been clicked on.
3. 'Domain_Test’ (this will be the name of domain the changes are being applied to) has been activated, this means that the domain was activated successfully.
