Admin Web Console returns HTTP 404 after repair

• MailMarshal SPE 

Symptoms:

• After running a "Repair" of the SPE installation, the Admin Web Console returns HTTP error 404.

Causes:

• The Admin Console website is not automatically restarted when the Repair installation completes.

Resolution:

To correct the issue, manually start the Admin Web Console site, or run IISReset.
