Receiving the following message when running a real-time probe, ‘This probe has successfully stopped’.

Question:

  • I scheduled a Real Time Probe to run ‘NOW’ and view in real-time; however, when viewing the report it displays the following message, ‘This probe has successfully stopped’.

Reply:

The reason why is because the Web Filter time is off on the system—verify the following:

System>Network>NTP Servers

System>Network>Regional Settings
