How do I reset the Winsock catalog on my PC?


This article applies to:

  • Mobile Client (for Windows)

Question:

  • I'm having problems with my mobile client, and I would like to reset my Winsock catalog to see if it's corrupted.

Reply:

1. Un-install the mobile client (if installed)

2. Click on Start -> Run, and enter this command to reset the Winsock catalog:

netsh winsock reset catalog

3. Install the mobile client
