Canned report error: ‘no data available”

Question:

  •  In installed a New Enterpirse Reporter and the Canned Reports disp a "no data available" error.

Reply:

By default, upon successfully logging into the Web Client interface will display canned reports for *yesterday’s* data showing either the Top 20 Users by Blocked Request or Top 20 (Internet Filtering).  If the ER Server does not contain any data—as on a newly installed unit—the default report page will not show any thumbnail images or bar chart report in the panel, instead the following text displays: “This report cannot be displayed because there is no data to show for this report.”
