Not able to install the patch, status window times out

No error is shown and the status window simply times out. Check if you have a pop-up blocker enabled. Once you click Apply, you must accept the EULA agreement in order for the patch installation will start. The EULA loads on port 8082. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, it may block the EULA so the installation process will not take place, until you disable the pop-up blocker or add the unit IP address as a trusted site. If it does not resolve the issue, please contact Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
