Canned report shows "No data Available"

Login to ER admin GUI and verify if the Network->Regional Setting->Language is set to a language other than those supported by 8e6. Currently 8e6 supports English (United States) [en_US], Chinese (China) [zh_CN], and Chinese (Taiwan) [zh_TW]. Please change the setting to one of the supported languages and reboot the unit. If it does not resolve the issue, please contact Tech Support.
