How to run a report based on a specific time of the day?

In order to run a report for a specific time of a day, please use the following steps:

Select "Custom Reports" from the main menu of the web client. Click on "Custom Report Wizard" and select radio button for "Specific User Detailed by Page" and click Next.
Specify the Criteria of the type of Report you want:
From the “Specify the date scope” select one of the following: “Part of Today”, “Part of Yesterday”, or “Part of a Specific Day”’
Select the From and To Time you are interested in and then click "View Drill Down Report Results" button.
