If you are getting this error after applying the patch, you can resolve it by clearing both the java cache and the browser cache on your system.
Clearing the Java cache in Windows:
1a) Windows XP: Open Start -> Control Panel (Or My Computer -> Control Panel if it isn't on the start menu)
1b) Other Windows: Open Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
2) If the Control Panel window says "Pick A Category", look for a link on the left side of the window titled "Other Control Panel Options" and click on it. Find the icon labeled "Java" and click on it. If the Control Panel window does not say "Pick A Category", just find the icon labeled "Java" and double click on it.
3) On the "General" tab, click the "Delete Files" button. Make sure all three checkboxes are checked and then click "OK".
Clearing the Java cache in Mac OS X:
Note: The instructions below are for the latest version of Java. If you have an older version or several versions installed, there may be some other files in the folders mentioned below. Use the latest preference application in the folder to clear the cache.
1) Open the folder: Applications -> Utilities -> Java -> J2SE 5.0.
2) Double click the "Java Preferences" icon.
3) On the "General" tab, click the "Delete Files" button. Make sure all three checkboxes are checked and then click "OK".
Log back in to the filter and try to access the group and library tab. If you continue to experience problem, please do contact our technical support team at support@8e6.com or 714-282-6111 x3 for further assistance.
