Can I create more than one admin account for the webclient interface of my Enterprise Reporter?

 

Yes, it is possible to create more than one account for the Webclient

 

Patch: 4.1.20 or higher

 

·        Please login to the Webclient GUI using the administrator username.

·        Once logged in, navigate to "Settings" à “User Permissions”, click on "Add User" button.

·        When "Add User" dialogue box opens up, simply filled the information and make sure that “User Type” Admin is selected.

·        When done, click on "Save" button followed by clicking "OK" to the confirmation dialogue box.

 
Note: An administrator will have access to all features in the Web Client, and will have access to all user groups.
