If Watchdog seems to timeout during the installation process, there are a few things you can check. Verify that the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is installed on your system. Additionally, you may need to update your version of MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components). Watchdog requires at least version 2.6 of MDAC; you can download the latest version, 2.8 SP1, here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=78CAC895-EFC2-4F8E-A9E0-3A1AFBD5922E&displaylang=en
