Question:

When going to an HTTPS site, why am I getting "Page cannot displayed" instead of the block page?

Reply:

This is expected behavior. When browsing a secure site, the communication is encrypted. Since this communication is encrypted, the R3000 can't insert a message into that encrypted stream when the user attempts to connect to a page that you are blocking. The only thing R3000 can do is reset the network connection, which will result in "Page cannot be displayed" or "The connection was reset" depending on the browser.
