What is the purpose for the "Warning" Prior to URL Access?

Warn Page Customization window – This new window lets you customize text that displays in the warning page that displays for the end user who attempts to access a URL in a library category with a Warn setting for his/her profile. This window is used for making customizations to the warning page the end user will see if he/she attempts to access internet content that has been set up in the warning group. An entry in any of the fields in this window is optional, but in an entry is made in the Link Text field, a corresponding entry must also be made in the link URL field. In the Header field, enter a static header to display at the top of the warning page. In the Description field, enter a static text message to be displayed beneath the header. In the Link Text field, enter text for the link’s URL. In the Link URL field, enter the corresponding hyperlink in plain text using the http:// or https:// syntax. If the entries are made for both a description and link. The link will display beneath the text message. The Arial front type will be used in the customized warning page the end user will see on his/her workstation. Click Preview to open a separate browser window containing a sample from showing your entries. Click Apply to save your entries. Click Restore Default to revert to the default settings.
