- How can I modify basic configuration settings for Marshal Reporting Console?
Procedure:
Many Marshal Reporting Console configuration settings can be adjusted from the Configuration tab within the web interface.
If you need to change basic configuration settings such as the location of the reports virtual directory, or the configuration database, use the MRC Configuration Wizard. You can run this wizard from the Windows Start menu.
- Before running the wizard, it is best practice to stop the MRC website. You must stop the website if you need to change the location of the configuration database.
- To stop the website, use IIS Manager. Remember to start the website when you have completed the wizard.
- After completing the wizard, you must restart the MRC services (Marshal Reporting Executor and Marshal Reporting Scheduler).
- To restart these services, use the Windows Services control panel.
