Question:
- Why does the MailMarshal engine fail to start when using a content size or count condition?
Cause:
- Using the Where number of attachments is or any other count or size condition in a rule
- Entered 0 for the number/size to match
- MailMarshal engine will not start
- Error message: Num Attachments parameters are invalid
Resolution:
To resolve the issue in SEG, upgrade to the latest version of the product.
In ECM, change the rule condition, commit configuration, and restart the engine. To match zero, you can set the condition to "less than 1".
