This article applies to:
- WebMarshal
- NT Connector for user group import
Symptoms
- Domain Controller moved.
- Computer where WebMarshal is installed is using the new Domain Controller.
- WebMarshal NT Connector is not obtaining correct updated information.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, verify that the WebMarshal NT Connector is using the correct credentials.
- In WebMarshal Console, expand Connectors then double-click the connector of type NT.
- On the Logon tab (or General tab in earlier releases), enter credentials if necessary, and then click Test to verify access. Click OK to save changes.
- Perform a manual reload of one or more groups. In WebMarshal Console, expand user Groups then right-click a NT group and select Reload User Group.
- Check group membership and user access.
- If correct information is still not available, restart the WebMarshal Engine and Proxy services, then repeat the above steps.
Notes:
When you change authentication management, you should also ensure that any cached credentials are removed from client computers (for instance see Windows Credential Manager).
