Symptoms:
- URLs in the Most Popular Web Pages report table are being truncated in the outgoing firewall report.
- URLs are truncated when analyzing Netscape Enterprise Firewall log files.
- Firewall Suite is installed on a machine with Microsoft Windows 2000 SP3.
Information:
If Firewall Suite 4.1a is installed on a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, the URLs in the "Most Popular Web Pages" report table are truncated in an unusual fashion if FastTrends is enabled. For example, a URL to "https://support.trustwave.com/
will appear simply as //support/
.

You will only experience this issue if the following conditions are met:
- Firewall Suite 4.1a is installed after Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3.
- FastTrends is enabled for the profile.
- The profile is attempting to analyze Netscape Enterprise Firewall logs.
