Symptoms:
- Unable to complete the installation of free upgrade.
- Error: Your previous WebTrends product does not qualify you for a free upgrade.
Information:
To complete the upgrade complete the following steps:
- Run the installation for the new version.
- During the upgrade select the option, Update an Existing Version.
- If no valid subscription is installed you are prompted to enter your subscription serial number.
- After entering your valid subscription serial number you should be able to complete the installation wizard to finish the upgrade process.
Notes:
If you do not have a current subscription please contact Marshal for more information.
If you already have a full product serial number for the version that you are installing, you should be able to specify this serial number instead of a subscription serial number to complete the upgrade process.
