The Console Mail Recycle Bin won't empty

This article applies to:

• MailMarshal (SEG) 6.X

Symptoms:

• The empty recycle bin option is disabled on the Console's Recycle Bin context menu, despite the presence of deleted e-mails in the Recycle Bin.
• Cannot empty the Recycle Bin.

Resolution:

Upgrade to the latest version of MailMarshal SMTP.
