How do I remove MailMarshal information from the Message Header and greeting string?

Question:

How do I remove MailMarshal name and version information from the Message Header and greeting string?

Procedure:

By default the message header displays the following information:

Received: from machine_name ([IP address]) by domain.com with Trustwave SEG (version number)

The greeting string displays the following information:

220 domain.com ESMTP Trustwave SEG (version number) Ready

To alter these items you can adjust the following settings (these changes apply to the entire array):

MailMarshal 10.0 and above

1. In the Management Console, navigate to Array Properties | Receiver Properties | Advanced.
2. Modify the Greeting String and Received Header fields.

MailMarshal 8.X 

1. In the Configurator, navigate to Tools | Trustwave SEG Properties | Receiver Properties | Advanced.
2. Modify the Greeting String and Received Header fields.
