How do I find the version of MailMarshal or WebMarshal that is installed?
Procedure:
A simple method is to use the Windows "Uninstall" or "Programs and Features" list
To determine the version within the product interfaces, follow these steps:
Open the MailMarshal Configurator, or the WebMarshal Console.
- Highlight the MailMarshal or WebMarshal root item. It will be listed at the top of the left hand window and named depending on the product that you are using.
- MailMarshal Configurator
- MailMarshal for Exchange Configurator
- WebMarshal
- In the window toolbar, click Tools > About (WebMarshal 6.0 and above: Help > About).
- This will display a pop-up window that reports the version number of the product.
- See also the product version for each processing node, displayed in the Servers list of the Configurator, WebMarshal Console, or MailMarshal (SEG) 10 Management Console.
