Symptoms:
- Error: "Can't save template file (err=3)".
Causes:
Some temporary files are corrupt and need to be deleted.
Information:
In order to resolve this issue please delete all of the .tmp files out of the following directories:
<FirewallSuiteInstallDir>\wtm_FirewallOther\template
<FirewallSuiteInstallDir>\wtm_FirewallWebOut\template
<FirewallSuiteInstallDir>\wtm_FirewallWebIn\template
Note: Some directories might not contain any .tmp files.
After you've completed the steps above you should be able to run a report successfully.
