Symptoms:
- Error: 'Subscription cannot be added. Its expiration is prior to today's date or expiration date of active subscription.'
Information:
To work around this issue, you can set your system clock back to the date when the subscription was purchased. Follow the steps below.
- Double-click the time displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the systray.
- Change the date to the date the subscription was purchased.
- Click OK.
- Enter the subscription serial number into the product via the Help | Add Serial Numbers menu.
- After clicking the Submit button, you will receive a prompt, "Serial number successfully added."
- Close the window.
- Change the system clock back to the correct date.
