Symptoms:
- Deleting FastTrends databases via the FastTrends Database Maintenance interface does not remove the actual data files from the machine's hard drive.
Resolution:
You must delete the files manually. Please see the steps that follow:
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Navigate to the Security Reporting Center installation directory (the default location is C:\Program Files\NetIQ\Security Reporting Center).
- Navigate to modules\firewall\datfiles\databases and delete the folder that matches your profile's name (%profilename%).
