Upgrade from 8.X Node Only - Controller stops

The orignal release of 10.2.5 did not correctly upgrade a setting on a server with node only (no Array Manager) when upgrading from 8.X.

A new release 10.2.5.7024 has been issued to correct this problem. Customers upgrading from 8.3.2 with node only servers MUST use this new release. See the MailMarshal Previous Version Downloads page.

Array Manager 10.2.5 halting at 0100 daily

Some customers have reported an issue in release 10.2.5 with the Array Manager service halting at 0100. 
  • The issue affects installations in non-default locations (such as D drive).
  • The source of this issue has been identified and an update has been published through Automatic Updates.
  • If your installation cannot receive the automatic updates, you can request this file through a support case.
  • Customers are also encouraged to set the service recovery action to restart the Array Manager automatically.
