Web Browser Issues Affecting SR 3.5


This article applies to:

  • Security Reporter 3.5
  • Mozilla Firefox

Symptoms:

  • After upgrading to SR 3.5, you see an old version of some pages, even after requesting a forced refresh.
  • The SR landing page appears as a blank page (all white).

Resolution:

To resolve the first issue, clear the local cache.

  • In Firefox, navigate to Options  > Advanced. Under Cached Web Content, click Clear Now.

To resolve the second issue, simply click within the page and the SR login page will display.
