Site does not load properly


This article applies to:

  • WebMarshal

Symptoms:

  • One site or a few sites do not load, or do not load properly, when browsing through the WebMarshal proxy.
  • When bypassing WebMarshal, the sites load correctly.
  • When using a different browser, the sites might load.
  • Only some users might experience the symptoms.

Reply:

  • Verify that the browser is set to use HTTP/1.1 through proxy connections. (For help checking this setting, see Trustwave Knowledge Base article Q14253.)
  • If you upgraded from WebMarshal version 3.5 or below, this setting might have been disabled due to incompatibility with the older versions of WebMarshal.
