This article applies to:
- Trustwave MailMarshal (SEG) SQM website
- Trustwave ECM/MailMarshal Exchange 7.X QM website
- Microsoft SBS 2008
Symptoms:
- When initial SQM configuration is saved in SBS 2008 with forms authentication, the administrator is not sent an email containing a password.
- When SQM configuration is saved in SBS 2008, the following error message displays: Error: Could not complete the operation due to error c00ce514.
Causes:
- SBS 2008 security does not allow most accounts to access required Registry entries, even if the accounts are members of the Administrators group for the server.
Resolution:
In the initial configuration page for the website, configure Array Manager access using the local Windows Administrator account (you cannot use other members of the local Administrators group)
