    • Why do I receive an error when requesting a new license key for WebMarshal through a proxy?

    Information:

    In order to successfully request a license through WebMarshal, you must be able to access the Marshal website (www.marshal.com) from the computer where the Console is running, using the credentials of the logged on user.

    The WebMarshal Console uses the Internet Explorer or system proxy settings configured in the profile of the logged on user.

    To verify access, and to set the proxy configuration if required, in current Windows versions see Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. Alternatively set Internet Options in Internet Explorer.
