Additional info for Q12863 How come my ER can't get software updates?

We need backend port 22 SSH access to fix this problem: Once logged in, edit file /usr/local/8e6/common/etc/erlibrary.conf ,  change LDC_UPDATE_HTTPS from off to on,  save the file. Check the GUI for new patches after a few hours.
