Marshal Reporting Console

Marshal Reporting Console (MRC) is a web-based reporting suite for Trustwave Secure Email Gateway and Email Content Manager (MailMarshal) and WebMarshal.

MRC is available to all customers and evaluation users of these products.

Marshal Reporting Console 2.6 supports reporting with the following installed product versions:

  • Secure Email Gateway 7.5.5 and above
  • Email Content Manager 7.1.7 and above
  • WebMarshal 6.11.2 and above

MRC provides rich, enterprise reporting facilities such as scheduling, automated email delivery and a range of export formats including Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office Excel. MRC is built on Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. SSRS is available as part of the free SQL Express Advanced Edition (included in the MRC installer download).

SQL version support: MRC is compatible with SQL Express 2022 and SQL 2022 Reporting Services Express. To use SQL 2022 with MRC, first install MRC using the bundled SQL Express 2016 with Advanced Services, and then upgrade SQL. For details, see Q21228.
