Question:

  • What is the preferred method to report spam to Trustwave?

Information:

Previously Trustwave recommended use of the Trustwave Spam Reporter Outlook add-in for end users to report spam to Trustwave.

The new preferred solution is to use custom settings for the Microsoft Report button that is available in supported versions of Outlook.

  • Note: Submissions via Trustwave Spam Reporter are still processed, but this method is deprecated and it will be discontinued in the near future.
